Our Refund Policy

All refunds are processed through Secure Trading. If you need to return party goods for any reason please do so within 14 days for a full refund (as

long as the goods are returned unopened and in good condition). For inflated balloons/gifts we are unable to offer a returns policy unless the goods

are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
