‘Working Days’ Clarification:

When an order is received before 2pm, the first working day starts from the following day. If the order is received after 2pm then the first working day will be two days later eg, order received at 3pm on a Monday then the first working day will be Wednesday.

Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. An order received on Friday at, say 10am, will mean that the first working day starts on the Monday. If, for example, the Monday is a Bank Holiday then it would be Tuesday.

 

Once your order is received, it is packed and shipped according to the delivery option you choose. When your goods are dispatched, we automatically send you a confirmation email. Should any item be out of stock we will notify you straight away.

 Returns

We are happy to accept the return of products which are either of unsatisfactory quality or were not as described. If we cannot find a solution that is acceptable to you eg replacing the item with a similar product then we will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights.
 
Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if:
-         you have simply changed your mind
-         you have damaged the goods after purchasing them
-         you were aware of the defect before purchasing
