Baby Girl Blocks & Bear Double Bubble Balloon (flat)


Requires helium to float. When this balloon is inflated with helium it will float for approx 3-5 weeks. Qualatex Bubbles are balloons made of a stretchy plastic that needs to be inflated with a latex regulator (inflator valve) until the wrinkles and bumps disappear from the seam. It is important to inflate the Bubble immediately after opening the package.
