Foil can be used in the following ways.

Option 1: Inflate balloon with air and hang by threading ribbon through tabs on balloon. Option 2: Inflate balloon with air and thread ribbon through tabs on balloon, to create a personalised banner. Option 3: Inflate one or more balloons with helium and tape ribbon to tail and secure to weight. Option 4: Inflate with helium to create a bouquet of balloons. Tape ribbon to tail and secure with a weight.
